She did the above in about 6 minutes. I'm impressed.

Around '94, my dad brought home our first computer. The first thing I latched onto was the default art program.
If your daughter enjoys drawing & colouring, you might consider a Tablet-Laptop.
The pen is easier to handle than the mouse. The endless colours, crayons & paints will be limited to the tablet screen, rather than your walls.
Congrats man.
Otto, what program? I've got a five year old, and I'm getting sick of hearing Diego on NickJr. com
Dollared
it's simply called "Paint", Dollared, and came installed with the PC when I bought the package. It's a bit like a simplified Corel Draw (simple is good for me).
I just checked on Google trying to find a free download of the thing and couldn't, but this link is for a paint prog for 3-12yo...free download, looks promising.

As for Diego...never liked that showoff myself, either. Viva Backyardigans (Samurai Pie is Oscar material)
Otto,
Thanks very much, I will get the little monster to work.
Some day I gotta meet you, and not just because it would mean I found a way back South. It's not enough that we share an interest in creative promoters, corrupt elites and the lazy journalists that enable them. But the Backyardigans! Now that's religion.
