UPDATE: And this story gets better, as apparently his assaltant was Graham Harris, the piece of crap ex-Canaccord dude who ripped off the market via the ATW Gold (ATW.v) disaster and used his inside knowledge about how bad his company was doing to sell out his shares on prior knowledge before the worst happened to the stock....and not report his sales until much much later when all damage was done. We hear he's now running his promo pump on an iron ore thing up North called CapEx Ventures (CEV.v) and has suckered in the usual sheep to help the pump. It would seem Mr. Fulp isn't one of those.

If I were you, I would not slander Cap-Ex, the company, just because of one individual. Cap-Ex has been recommended by some highly credible newsletter writers and is now (recent change) being run by the respectable Forbes & Manhattan group. F&M has had great success with Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines developing the Bloom Lake project from grass roots exploration to production.
François Laurin (the new CEO of Cap-Ex) was the CFO of Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines, which was acquired by Cliffs Natural Resources earlier this year for $4.9 billion.
So there are some highly credible people involved there.
There are also some market-swindling scumbags. And?

I paid for a cheap lesson from ATW. Based on that I would say Cap Ex slanders itself by employing Harris.

What gallantry! First Harris’s paranoid-driven violent attack at a public event has given the companies he’s associated with even worse press, and then his humiliating cowardice when he `hid` from the police. `Mommy, that man said bad things about me on the internet anonymously`. If Harris did his homework, he`d know Fulp is way too busy to surf and remark on forums, etc. Anything Fulp writes, he signs his name to as he has his research and scientific facts and figures to substantiate his findings. Harris`s actions this weekend are that of a desperate thug who has been exposed. This bully is not exactly a rocket scientist either. By physically assaulting Fulp, he further exasperates the situation he was reacting to to begin with; his overall notoriety in the business.
I ask again. Did he get charged by the police for this fiasco? I welcome anyone with feedback to share, Thxs
How do I contribute to the Graham Harris defence fund. Mikey doesn't know when to draw the line when it comes to 'slandering' people in this buisness and as a consequence, may have got what he deserved. I'm sure they are a lot of people out there who would of liked to do what Mr. Harris did.

In cases of libel and slander, the statements have to be FALSE - truth hurts, don't it? Are Mickey's statements inflamatory? Absolutely. Harden the $$%@% up. Why would you contribute to a known pumpers defense fund? Defending a scammer - says a lot about your character.
My greatest hope is that Mickey does not allow this matter to pass without police charges against Mr. Harris.
Being charged is enough to have Mr. Harris banned from entry into the US. The investing public is MUCH better off with Mr. Harris excluded from the US for an extended period due to "moral terpitude"
Aside ... Cap-Ex has a grossly, and I do mean grossly conflicted rock dog signing off on drill results obtained by drilling along an outcrop ridge line. Until such time as F&M addresses that conflict and obtains an independent opinion Cap-Ex should be treated like the promo poop it absolutely appears to be.
