We rejoice that (it seems it's him, but no confirmation yet) Venezuela's Colombian multimillionaire (??) Serafino Iacono has decided to join in on the conversation regarding Pacific Rubiables (PRE.to) and it buyout of Alange ScrewUp PetroMagdalena (PMD.v) over at Settyblog.
