La Escondida in Chile is the world's largest copper mine

Here's its monthly production chart, year 2000 to date:

It's currently running at just over 100,000 tonnes of copper production per month. Pretty darn cool. By the way, "ENE" stands for "Enero", Spanish for January. Data from the Cochilco site, you see.
